Well, here we are! It only took four or five years but we finally have our own websever. A proper server, with none of that crappy geocities stuff, with pop up banners and annoying little ads that will drive any and all mad. The idea behind hosting our own server is that we can do what we want with it. If you don't know what a DSP is, you might want to read a little history. The actual server is kindly hosted by Esat Net, and at present it is home to dspsrv.com and a few other sites including waider.ie, freddyfrog.com (JoeV's website) and Binky.Net (Dave Rynne's) as well as our mail server and MUD servers and assorted other bits and pieces. DSPsrv has been in its infancy with only the basics here pretty much forever, however it is hoped that this will grow overtime to become the home for all the DSPs' homepages, mailing lists, ramblings etc. As it is, most of the updates to the site happen in the Gallery section. Of course this would not be possible without several people / organisations' donations and assistance. The individuals are mentioned on the Credits Page. On a final note if you have anything that you would like to contribute, be it hardware (especially disk capacity), photographs, a homepage, a character assassination, etc, please do let us know.
